
Master Nancy Robinson is owner and Head Instructor at Martial Arts Connecticut. She began studying Cheezic Tang Soo Do in the fall of 1983 and began teaching in 1986. Master Robinson enjoys martial arts competition. She has been a tournament competitor since 1983, in sparring, forms and weapons divisions, earning trophies in almost every rank she has held. In 2010, she was inducted into the Action Martial Arts Magazine Hall of Fame in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the martial arts. In 2012, Master Robinson was inducted into the prestigious World Professional Martial Arts Hall of Fame at ceremonies held in New York City. Master Robinson is an active instructor and student in the Federation, training directly with the Grandmaster. She serves as Master of Ceremonies for our annual federation awards banquet which celebrates students from federation schools worldwide who excel in tournament competition throughout the year. She has traveled with the Cheezic Tang Soo Do Federation to Holland, Poland, Sicily and Bermuda on martial arts and cultural trips. In 2009 she traveled with the Federation to China and the Shaolin Temple, where she performed for the Shaolin monks. A published writer, Master Robinson addresses contemporary issues of the day. She also promotes the positive benefits of martial arts training as an online columnist and print author. She is the National Martial Arts Examiner for Examiner.com.
