Beginner/Intermediate Karate (ages 8-adult)
Beginner students are trained in the Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do. Rank advancement is available for those who wish to progress through the belt levels on our ladder of martial arts success. Students learn basic and intermediate level kicking, punching, blocking, self-defense, sparring, forms, weapons and breaking skills. We participate in five Cheezic Tang Soo Do Federation sponsored tournaments and other regional competitions throughout the year where students get to compete with their peers and enjoy performing their skills. These classes are fifty minutes long.
Advanced Karate
Advanced students continue their training in Tang Soo Do at a refined level. They learn advanced techniques and skills appropriate to their level of training in the areas of kicking, punching, blocking, self-defense, sparring, forms, weapons and breaking skills.
